First let me say something about the two young men that came. Andrew Rogers and Guerby Dorvil. They were Angels sent... from heaven to my home. There are not enough words to express how they treated me and how professional and honest they were. I recently lost my husband of 50 years as well as my mom. So to say I am highly emotional would be an understatement. They cared so much each time I cried as this is one of the first things I have done without my husbands opinions and help. I am very bad at making decisions especially as I grieve. But these two Angels listened and were so honest. I am very happy with the way the carpets came out. However I am very disappointed how the sofa came out. Because of how bad it came out I had to decide not to spend money doing the loveseat. The guys agreed and were even so sorry that they started the sofa and therefore had to charge me. You can see they literally were upset about charging me. No stains or dirt came out and unfortunately looks awful and like nothing was done even though they tried. They even explained why I should not do the area rug as it too would not look different because all the traffic. THATS HONESTY. THATS PROFESSIONALISM!!! I hope they get recognized. It’s definitely because of them I would tell everyone about my experience with Stanley Steamer.
